My years of expertise in many areas of home construction, sales, and inspections combined with my attention to detail and service will leave you feeling confident in your real estate transaction.
A buyer’s inspection will help you decide if a home is right for you and avoid homes that have substantial and costly defects.
Many homeowners choose to get a pre-listing inspection because it will give them insight into their home so that they know what to expect and can make repairs before listing their home.
A commercial building inspection helps you identify potential problems before they become expensive repairs or, even worse, unsafe structures.
Make sure the log home you choose is a dream house for you and not a horror story.
A rental inspection by a professional inspector is a good way to keep an eye on the condition of your rental properties.
Getting a wood-destroying insect (WDI) inspection will help you determine if there are pests in your home and what the next steps will be.
Should I walk around the house with you?
Absolutely. I’m happy to explain everything I’m looking at. There will be times where I need to focus and evaluate, but feel free to tag along and ask questions.
Can my agent be there too?
Yes! Agents are encouraged to be there and be engaged so they can know what they’re writing up in your Repair Request Addendum.
What should I be looking for in the report?
My reports have lots of images to help you recall what you’re looking at. I break down my reports into areas that are safety hazards and other recommended items to fix/ask for.
The summary will be the most helpful area of the report, right at the top.
Can you provide referrals to professionals to do repairs?
With each issue that needs addressing, I include which type of contractor you will need to search for to get quotes.
Can I call you if I have questions after I get the report?
Absolutely. This is one of my favorite parts. Call, text, or email.
Can you give me some preferred contractors to call?
I have a few contractors that I’ve worked with in the past that I can recommend. I still recommend you contact at least three in each area for quotes and do your own research. It’s recommended that you get at least three quotes for repairs and research contractors to ensure they are reputable.
